The Crystal Children Workshops

I put the bowls in a circle with a candle in the middle. I ask the children, as well as the parents who are present, to write their surnames and birthdates on a piece of paper in a colour they feel attracted to. I tell a little bit about the healing power of sound and vibration in their language, with some practical everyday examples they understand. Then I ask them to voluntary and personally put their piece of paper in the biggest bowl. ( F below C which I call the "Mother Earth" bowl). Also the parents join in.

Then I tell a little story about how all vibrations are communicating and meeting each other with the intention to create a song together in which each vibration can have it's own voice and yet they all together can sing a beautiful song.
I ask them to feel with their ears or with their body which vibration touches.
Then I start playing the bowls... followed by a short creative visualisation about their own House of Being somewhere. A place where they belong and how does it look like?

A small break follows in which they get paper and colours and something to drink. Time to draw, play with colours... Also the parents if they feel like it.
Then I invite them to talk about their drawings if they want to and which bowl touched them the most. ( it is touching and surprising how clear they know this!) Next I invite every child to play the bowls. Then we close down with a meditation where I play the bowls.....anchoring them again in the root chakra.

My experience:
Once they have overcome their shyness and feel comfortable they are so clear and creative! They very much enjoy making the sounds themselves. Sometimes we tone together as well. Also the creative work - drawing their House of Being, angels and deva's they meet in their visualisation is expressed in colour. We talk about all this in a very normal way. Some older children write stories. One girl of 14 wrote a beautiful story about a crystal stone on another planet and her longing for it!

I remember one small child asking: "Annet is there always yellow coming out of that bowl?" So it started a conversation about which colour each child felt or saw with that particular bowl. It answered his question through experience! As you can imagine it creates a lot of respect for the inner wisdom as well as joy!
