90-Second Chakra Meditations

Brief guided animations lead you through a 90 second long chakra
meditation designed to increase your awareness of your chakras and help you
learn how to effectively balance and utilize the energies of the different

All the meditations use the sound of the crystal singing bowl to enhance the meditation process, and use "sound cues" to allow the user to immerse themselves in the process and allow the bowl tones to signal transitions.
